Open to the public seven days a week, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Entry onto United Nations territory requires the same formalities as crossing an international border.
Capacité d'accueilTogether sessions are limited to 40 people. Up to 40 individual visitors may arrive simultaneously every 30 minutes. For organised groups, the maximum arriving simultaneously may not exceed 200.

L'intégralité des recettes est consacrée à la pérennité de l'expérience immersive Together et du Portail des Nations – futur Centre des visiteurs de l'ONU Genève.Les enfants sont les bienvenus lorsqu'ils sont accompagnés et placés sous la responsabilité d'un adulte pendant toute la durée de leur visite. Âge minimum recommandé : 8 ans.
Together immersive experience runs in sessions of a maximum of 40 participants, every 30 minutes. Each session lasts one hour, preceded by a 15-minute introduction.Sessions are available in two modes:
Audioguide — available in 8 languages: Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian, Spanish, German, Italian (the six official UN languages plus the two Swiss national languages).

Des sessions en soirée (16:30 – 20:30, en semaine uniquement) sont disponibles sur demande pour des groupes privés et des événements exceptionnels. Occasionnellement, le Centre de visiteurs peut être fermé pour des raisons de maintenance.
Modifications to a booking may be requested up to 10 working days before the visit, by email. Beyond this period, no refund will be granted.
No-shows are charged the full ticket price. Late arrivals result in cancellation of the visit without refund (if the next session is full).
From the Broken Chair, Place des Nations, next to the Alley of Flags. go to Nations Gate.
Arrive at Nations Gate at least 45 minutes before your session — or earlier to enjoy a drink or a meal at the Café des Nations. This allows enough time to pass security, store belongings in a free locker if needed, and collect your audio guide.

L'expérience immersive comprend des espaces plongés dans la pénombre, une ambiance sonore immersive ainsi que des effets visuels et lumineux, conçus pour favoriser une immersion totale et une expérience émotionnelle.
The experience unfolds across three pavilions connected by covered outdoor corridors. Visitors stand for most of the visit — comfortable clothing and flat, closed-toe shoes recommended. Folding chairs are available on demand.

All persons on UN premises must comply with UN safety and security regulations. Any act that disrupts the normal functioning of the Portail des Nations — including public displays of any kind (clothing, banners, placards, audio or visual means, gatherings, or demonstrations, including passive) — is strictly prohibited.
